I was presented with a birthday certificate at the end of February. I tried to sign up for the service in July, but they said it was temporarily suspended. When I finally signed up with dreambox itself and went to the venue, they said that the service was not provided, since dreambox had not paid them money for a long time. They don't pick up the phone, it's impossible to get through.
