I went through the app to find out the contact number of the courier service. I would not advise anyone to contact this service. This is the second case with them. A year ago I ordered the product and again the same case. I will refuse the order.

The most disgusting delivery company! The parcel arrived in Nur Sultan on February 10 and they have not had couriers to deliver it to the address for 9 days. And it would be nice to apologize, because they send SMS every day - it's impossible to reach you! And everyone gets through to me except them. Moreover, every day they promise to put this order under the control of the manager and every day they do not put it under any control. I'll make a reservation - we specifically order more goods than we would like to have delivered to the address. That's what they say now - and you come to our warehouse for your parcel! It is only a 40-minute drive from the city. Thanks a lot! And not for the first time, and not even for the second time. It's a pity that brands like Massimo Dutti cooperate with those who work like this. By the way, yesterday I was connected to the manager for 32 minutes. I was already wondering if I would ever get through to them at all. Is it possible or not.
