Вынуждают ждать клиента на морозе, в то время как бариста добивает оставшиеся заказы а кофе клиента готов и ждет вручения. В итоге получаю остывший кофе и плохое впечатление от заведения. Сам кофе (урбечевый раф) посредственный.
