The worst vRB service. We contacted them with the problem that the engine was not warming up and, accordingly, the stove was not heating up. We made an appointment for a diagnosis and arrived on Saturday. They found out that the thermostat was faulty and this was a warranty case, but there was no warranty master that day. Wasted half a day of time. A new date was set, and upon arrival, the foreman agreed with the factory on a warranty replacement for the spare part, but it is not available. More than a month has passed, and the spare parts are still missing. Just a tin can, a dealer without spare parts! The warranty would be over soon. Avoid this dealer.

This is probably my worst communication experience with a dealer that I've had a chance to communicate with. After buying the Forthing M4 U-tour, the electrics broke after 32,000km. The warranty case is not recognized, calls are not answered, the manager does everything he can to answer that the request is in the work of the law department. According to the contract, the answer must be given within 10 calendar days, 15 have passed, and there is 0 information. The car has been at the dealer for more than 2.5 months and is just standing idle, all the dealer does is respond to complaints, and that is not always the case. Loyalty is zero, attempts to resolve the situation are zero. They sold the Chinese and forgot. I regretted choosing the DongFeng brand a thousand times and buying it from a Lausange dealer./Avtopromservice.

The car dealership is in a great location to visit. There is a lot of space inside and a large selection of cars will allow you to find the right car in any case. The staff is excellent. I especially liked the sales manager of Lozange Veremeychuk LLC, Andrey, after talking with whom our family purchased an electric car Changan Deepal S05 in the showroom. Andrey accompanied us from the very beginning to the delivery of the car, explained everything and most importantly, he had answers to all questions. This is our first purchase at a car dealership, but I hope to return to this dealership for the next car.

I arrived on 17.01.2026 for an agreed replacement of the handle (Dongfeng Shine GS). The manager accepted the car, took a photo, took the key and immediately: "the car wash will be paid - 20 rubles." I didn't say about drying at -20C - I had to ask for it myself (in the end, 29 rubles). He asked me to lubricate the hinges. The car is washed before work begins. I returned after 3 + hours - the handle was not changed: "defective, put the old one." He asked, "one pen for the whole cabin?" Answer: "it is ordered individually from China." They demanded to pay for the car wash, although the work was not done. When asked about compensation for the time spent, he remained silent. Only after requesting the book of comments did the senior manager get involved and promised to "coordinate". As a result, I paid for the car wash, the hinges are dry ("this is our lubricant"). On January 19, they called: compensation is a comprehensive car wash. Conclusion: warranty repairs were not done, the day off was lost, I paid for "nothing". Compensation is clearly disproportionate to the time and nerves spent. They started talking about loyalty only after pressure. The service saves money at the expense of the client.

There was a case when I went to the service, It's not a service, but one name, but they always do well (the suspension rattles so this is the norm for them, the thermometer shows random numbers, so this is also how it should be). Spare parts can be expected for three months or more, and this is also normal. Cars seem to be more or less normal, but the service spoils everything and therefore I would not recommend using the word "bottom" at all!!!

I arrived and asked for help, they asked if I was registered, I replied -no , reluctantly the guy came out and looked at the car, said it did not affect the car's driving and they have a queue and they accept by appointment. After that, I turned to Alexander on Svislochskaya Street, he offered to drive up to see, although he had a day off today, he sent me to master Dmitry, my question was resolved in 5 minutes after my arrival (I just had to reboot the tablet) . I bought a car here. He said that most likely due to improper storage and old age, the tire cord had become crooked and deformed. He asked for a diagnosis and personal presence. To which I received a lot of excuses and words that this was normal. I left it for diagnosis. The next day, there was a call and they told me that They had ridden along the MKAD for 5 km and had not felt any vibrations. What kind of "diagnostics" is this? I asked for data from the balancing machine, but it was also a failure. The next day, they called me and said that they had just inflated the tires. They didn't convince me that the tires were fine. I'm riding like a cart. The client in the service is presented as not understanding anything at all. We did not diagnose the things that were requested. I'm disappointed in the service, and I'm disappointed that there are no guarantees. In fact, the car was not prepared before the sale. My problem has not been solved.

Dongfeng does not deal with sold cars, there are always some issues with maintenance, an appointment for scheduled maintenance. You leave the car for SOMETHING, you say on the record what you need to see and do, they won't do it, the attitude is not realistic, just have time to take it off with a fork from your ears. There are no normal technicians in remzon, then the oil is not poured, then the filter is not changed. You always have to poke them with your nose and double-check them.

There are no problems with Dzerzhinsky - they warmed up with a hair dryer, the gap was eliminated. The price of the issue is about 40 rubles. Quickly and politely. And this is not the first time. On various issues, some do not, others can help. And then I wanted to change the service station. That's how customers are discouraged. As a background, I bought a belt, rollers and a generator set on the market at a certain point, I took the quality for myself, but in order to avoid overpayments, they began to disassemble this service and everything that I bought on the market did not fit. They were given from another engine, and on Monday they do not work to replace it. Manager Kirill counted everything, everything was original, they gave a discount and it turned out that the market price was only 100p more expensive. And if there is a warranty case, then either the spare parts from the market are to blame or the service station is to blame on the market. It's better to have everything in one place and a year warranty. Thanks to Renault service and Kirill.

When I was there, there were no Dongfeng managers, apparently everyone found out on test drives, and the assistant girl kept saying "I do not know", BUT she was active and tried very hard to help. Raise the level of employees. There is a sitting/waiting area, in the form of 2-3 sofas. Coffee is not offered. In general, customer orientation is still lame, "purely Lada". Parking with free spaces is good, but leaving it, which leads only to the MKAD, is just terrible - to return to Dzerzhinsky you need to make a detour 7 km away. Next time I will choose a trip to another salon of this brand.

I would put a huge minus, not one star!!! Disgusting salon, I do not recommend it to anyone. We had an accident in July. It's already December, but they won't give us the car. They were fed breakfast that the parts were coming from China, but it turned out that they were ordered only in November. They can not orient themselves according to the terms of repair. They promise to contact me, but in the end they ignore me. The car has been under repair since July, the sixth month has gone. They wrote an official letter with a claim, they ignore it. A nightmare! The service is at 0. Terms are not attributed to repair, calls and appeals are ignored. When we arrived to write comments in the complaint book, we promised to solve everything quickly, that's when we found out that the parts had not been ordered yet, and this, by the way, has already been 4 months! I do not advise anyone!!!

If someone does not have the patience to listen to customers carefully and respond respectfully, then it is worth thinking about changing jobs and going to turn the nuts in the garage.
