We went to Abu Dhabi to Team Lub and Ferrari Park, so we took it for 1 day. The car was picked up and given away by themselves, as they lived geographically nearby in the Dubai Marina area. The fuel was returned a little more, and it was credited to the car wash. The calculation takes into account: gasoline, car wash, mileage, insurance is included in the price with a deductible. Did you meet the mileage limit The refund was quick and without any problems. It is possible to rent a car for an additional fee after business hours, by arranging in advance. They said there would be a 10% discount on the second request, and if you refer to our last name (Kuchina), they would also give you a 10% discount. They respond promptly. Recommend 👍🏼

We rented two cars in September of the 24th year - a Camaro and an Ertiga. Both cars were clean and well maintained. The lease was issued without a deposit. During registration, we answered all the questions and provided guidance on all points. Sergey, a very friendly and pleasant person, gave out the car at the place. I gave a detailed briefing on the specifics of traffic regulations in Dubai, parking conditions and toll roads, which greatly helped in the future when moving around the city. In addition to Dubai, we went to Abu Dhabi, the mileage included in the rental completely covered this road, so if you are planning a trip outside of Dubai, it is a great option. During the period of using the car, Sergey was always in touch in WA and quickly answered any questions that arose. The rental was successful, the car was accepted back without any problems, no unpleasant moments came out upon completion of the lease. A couple of weeks after the rental, you are informed about the fines and toll roads that you need to pay for (these are the features of the UAE system, fines and information about roads do not come into the system immediately). There are no problems here either, we only have one toll road. It is convenient that payment in any currency convenient to you is possible in different ways. Acceptance takes 5 minutes. It was easier for us to pay for the car wash when handing over the car, so we experienced maximum comfort when renting a car. By the way, we didn't get any fines, but we accidentally drove over the headscarf. A month later, I received a message about the payment of 5 dirhams for the toll road. We just transferred the amount at the exchange rate in rubles to a Russian card. And that's it. The car rental company in Dubai and the staff left only positive emotions.
