I recently tried lavash and donar, and it was just amazing! The dough of pita bread is thin, soft, but elastic at the same time – it holds the filling perfectly and does not get wet. And the filling... is just a delight! Juicy, fragrant, with a perfect balance of spices and fresh ingredients. Donar is generally a separate love! The meat is tender, well-fried, but remains juicy, and the sauces give the dish a rich taste. Every bite is a pleasure! Separately, I would like to note that everything is served hot, and the portions are large and satisfying. A great choice for a delicious and quick snack!
