I liked the location, near the river. It is clean and cozy, there are enough dishes, the banquet hall is quite suitable for a large company for any occasion. Cool volleyball field, swing. Everything's fine

A very nice cottage, or should I say a house, with cozy 2 bedrooms, a large studio kitchen with plenty of seating, with upholstered sofas and chairs. There is a TV, karaoke, a closed universal with an opening track with a fireplace for a large number of seats for a holiday or a good big company. In summer, you can play volleyball, playground, net, lawn, everything is as it should be. I have been there several times, the last time was 03/04/2024 with friends, I really liked it. There is also an ice hole nearby, and there is a sauna in the next house. I recommend it, tested and approved by me. Quality 💯 % 👍👆👋🖖

The place is just super comfortable, there is a lot of space, for companies the most, sauna, steam room, volleyball court , barbecue in bricks on the street, TV, Wi-Fi, light music, whatever you want, everything you need to relax is there! I liked everything, a gorgeous place, and most importantly, the river is next to two steps behind the fence, after the steam room, jump into the cool water is an indescribable feeling, I advise everyone to take it, you will not regret it!
