I kindly ask you to take action against the employee with red hair. Every time I visit your pharmacy and she is at work, I encounter rudeness and unprofessional behavior. Instead of politely serving, she is rude, behaves defiantly, throws medicines on the counter. It's not uncommon for her to ignore clients while talking enthusiastically on the phone. I understand that everyone may have personal problems, but I find it unacceptable to take out the negative on visitors. Perhaps the employee needs a vacation or specialist advice. I ask you to conduct a preventive conversation with this employee and take measures to improve the quality of service. Otherwise, I will be forced to appeal to higher authorities with a complaint about her behavior.
