The staff (consultants) walk around like zombies, they don't understand anything that's going on around them, they don't respond to buttons. you ask how product X differs from product Y (the difference between them is 100 rubles) - "xs, nothing", they begin to compose advantages or disadvantages of a particular product on the move, mumble under their breath. I had to stand at the checkout for 10 minutes to be served: the cashier started serving, then went to the left, then returned and stuck my product on, not knowing where to pick up, and finally only after that I was able to pick up my purchase. There were no similar problems in other electronics stores. and the hypermarket itself is not bad, the assortment is present.

They stand in a group or just pass by. 2 consultants release one person. I had to do everything myself. She comes up with a dissatisfied face, can't say anything about the product, asked about the terms of purchase four times to understand something. The consultant is absolutely not interested in selling anything. At our request to show the product, they began to explain to us what it was lying next to, instead of guiding and advising us. We went back to the store twice to get a price, and the same consultant kept coming in. They left with nothing , except an unpleasant aftertaste.
