A wonderful hotel located far away in the Sinop gorge from the hustle and bustle of the city. 20 minutes walk to the sea. Taxi fare to the sea is 160-190 rubles. Green, blooming, well-groomed territory. There is a kitchen with 3 meals a day on site. Breakfast is 250 adults. Children's 150 rubles. There is no kitchen for self-cooking. There is a microwave oven, a refrigerator with hot water. All dishes and appliances are provided for individual use. Black tea, green tea, sugar are generally available. There is also a barbecue area, a heated swimming pool, sun beds, umbrellas. I would especially like to mention the staff from the Tamaz driver to the hotel staff. All polite people will never refuse to help. Individually, I would like to mention the administrator Yulia and her mother Marina, a low bow to you girls for the high service. We had a great time. I recommend. We visited in August 2025.

Nice hotel, comfortable rooms, parking space, beautiful mountain air, spring water in the tap. The hospitable host, sincere staff Julia, Marina, Tamaz. It's a long way from the center, and there's a dirt road 600 meters away from the highway. It's inconvenient without a car, it's great with a car!

The best place to stay in Sukhum! It is not close or far from the sea (15 minutes on foot), in the beautiful Sinop gorge, near the sandy beaches of the city (Marnero, Mocha). There is a rich orchard and a swimming pool on site. Exceptional varied breakfasts. A very hospitable and welcoming team led by Julia. We strongly recommend it!
