The hotel (2 buildings) is new, but quite presentable. We got a small room, but it had everything we needed: a refrigerator, a kettle, a hairdryer, and a TV. Cleaning was carried out every other day (I would like, of course, to be cleaned daily). The shower drain couldn't handle the flow of water, it was a bit unpleasant. There is an elevator, an ironing board and an iron on each floor + a cozy lounge area. A very cozy courtyard with a huge terrace where we ate and sat in the evenings (the Internet was the best here). We had three meals a day, edible, but 80% of the diet was carbohydrates. The pastries are fresh, delicious, and the chocolate is divine, so you won't be able to gain extra pounds, don't count on it) The beach is literally across the street, a 3-minute walk. Manager George is a golden-hearted man, he will always help and prompt. In general, I would stop here again, there are shortcomings, but they are not critical.

Hello everyone) We stayed at the hotel in the middle of July, we liked everything. We paid $ 470 for each adult and $370 for each child, this is without travel / flight. The food was delicious, and the children were given additional Viennese waffles, sausages, French fries, and dumplings. Delicious khinkali, soups, eggplant, buckwheat), mini pizzas, pies and much more. A carafe of cold water, jam, honey, buns of a dozen types, bread, delicious cheese and butter, tea and coffee are unlimited, but they are presented at different meals. The pool is cool, new top sun beds, tables. A large courtyard with lots of tables where you can eat and listen to music. The 4-bed room is large, normal, the bed linen and towel were changed 1 time during the rest. The top excursions, in my opinion, are Mountain Adjara (super waterfalls, mountain views, a restaurant in the mountains with Georgian dances and a feast with cold drinks and a super table with unlimited food) and Gomis Mta (clouds at the bottom of the mountains, super view) - definitely take it through the administrator George (cheaper, discounts, small minibuses will stop there, where the buses won't go). Canyons and Prometheus Cave. Batumi, Ureki, Banana Grove and parks are available by Yandex taxi, very cheap, a few lari, about 25 lari one way to Batumi. The beach is normal, but there are a lot of dogs, we need corals. Georgy's wine was mostly GEL 10 and 12, white and red. I didn't have a headache, it was delicious. For gifts in glass in any store. Fruits, berries, Turkish textiles, and beach accessories are cheap. Churchkhela and spices were bought at the market. Cafes have average or low prices, excellent and delicious food. We will be returning to Georgia next year, an amazing country and only to the Diva Hotel, we liked it, the children too, the other tourists are absolutely delighted.

We had a vacation in September 2025. Reading the previous reviews, it was clear that many vacationers have a double opinion about the hotel. And so it turned out. The location of the hotel is good. The hotel grounds, lobby and floors are all neat, beautiful and well maintained. And here's the number, if you're lucky. There are double rooms, well, very small, there is nowhere to put even a suitcase, but at the same time there is a large balcony with furniture and a clothes dryer. Sometimes it smelled like sewage, for some reason mostly at night. Cleaning was done every day, linen and towels were changed once in 10 days. And now about the food: breakfast and lunch are more or less, but I didn't like dinner, it was completely superfluous and we didn't go to half of them at all. A year ago we had a rest in Kobuleti in a hotel without meals and we liked it so much more.
