It is clear that there is no money in the budget, but as for me, it would be possible even to offer parents to collect targeted contributions in stages, for a couple of rubles - they would not have done the weather, but to change the tiles, lighting and so slowly move. There is a field and a sports complex, it is very convenient when you are waiting for a child from training for an hour and a half. The location is quite convenient, there are a couple of cafes within walking distance, and if by car, in a few minutes you can get either to the center or to the fortress.
