During rush hour (in the evening), there are only two ticket offices at most, which is not enough considering even self-service ticket offices. There are four of them, but two or one are always disabled for some unknown reason. Even during rush hour in the evening, it was such that they did not accept payment by card, not by bank transfer or QR, only cash. All the customers were literally forced to withdraw money from an ATM inside, despite the fact that they couldn't even return the change and gave it back with matches. It's a total mess and a disgrace. There are almost always no small packages (T-shirts), you have to overpay and it is inconvenient to use. The goods in the liquor department are smeared with slime.
