He diagnosed which chips needed to be replaced and, since I am also engaged in the purchase of chips, he suggested that I purchase them officially in order to avoid Chinese counterfeiting with Aliexpress. After replacing the chips, there were questions about the power stabilizers. The main thing is that the competence of the workshop is high enough to understand the circuit part, and not just replace the board. Conclusion: if you do not know who to contact for repairs, it is better to contact a master who has a license to conduct computer technical expertise. This is a good guarantee that a person is doing their job professionally.
