Canteen on solid 3. The staff is not friendly, the kitchen is monotonous and really canteen-like. The borscht is overcooked, the pilaf is terrible-it's made from long rice and it's so fragrant that you can't feel anything else. The draniki are gorgeous. Sandwiches with simulated red caviar are funny. More or less clean. You can go once if you miss borscht or okroshka.
