The store itself and the assortment seem to be good, but the staff let them down and set them up. I purchased an engagement ring, having previously booked it by phone. It was the size 18 that was important, I clarified this several times on the phone. Having already paid, I accidentally noticed that the size is 18.5. I wanted to refuse, but they said a refund was at least a week, which didn't suit me, I needed it now. The store persuaded them that it would fit, but as it turned out, no, size 18 would be just the thing, 18.5 fidgets. We'll have to go reduce it. They didn't offer a box to match the ring, and when he asked, they tried to force some kind of marriage, but they had to insist that they show everything and choose the most normal one. The experience is completely ruined, because an engagement is very exciting and everything should be perfect, and the staff was "lying down" just to get involved.
