Hello everyone 👋) I want to share my impressions about going to the master colorist Ekaterina at @diamant_studio_grodno. My main wish was to get rid of home toning of hair, to make highlights followed by coloring (then in my head, it seemed impossible 😔) BUT! After seeing the result.. I was just stunned 🤩 my hair is so beautiful 😍 only Master Ekaterina knows how to get it from this 👩 By the way, another pleasant moment was the offer of coffee or tea. Time flew by very quickly. Thank you very much, Ekaterina, for making our hair beautiful. It's a pity to leave a 1 star for such work. They cut the child's hair for 50 minutes, and asked him to fix it 4 times. The photo shows the best version of the haircut. In the end, Master Dana (who was cutting hair) and the second master left nasty comments about the child and discussed among themselves that we should be blacklisted and never taken😁 Terrible master and disgusting service.I do not advise anyone to contact here, not only will they cut your hair disgustingly, but they will also discuss you for your own money. I hope the management will draw conclusions about their masters and take action. By the way, we had a girl who was being cut by another master and also complained about the haircut, they told her that she had a good haircut and sent her home. I'll add to the review after the supervisor's response: The hairdresser was initially rude, my child never behaved like that when getting a haircut, and normal craftsmen always found an approach. If she has no experience working with children, you should not enroll children with her. The quality and duration of the haircut depended only on the hairdresser, I asked for it to be corrected several times, to which they replied that "it won't work any other way," "this is how the hair grows," etc. There was a discussion between my child and me, and you can perfectly hear it on the recording from the cameras.
