On the advice of friends, we decided to explore the slopes of the mountains of Georgia this year. The choice fell on the Bakuriani region. The housing was searched optimally by location and price. The choice fell on Dialog Kokhta. 1. Locations. Approximately 700-1000 meters to the Kokhta ski lift 2. We booked a family apartment for 3 adults and a child. In general, everything is very decent. The room has two separate bedrooms. Living room with kitchen and sofa. There is a large balcony along the entire room. There is a table on the balcony where you can spend time with a glass of good Georgian wine on a nice winter or summer evening. 3. The breakfasts in the restaurant are decent. 4. There is a Ski room 5. There are sofas with a fire pit in front of the main entrance to the hotel. It's nice to sit around the campfire in the company after skiing in the evening. After reading the information above, you will have a question, why then the score is 3? What was missing? As always, there was not enough service and customer orientation. - rooms are cleaned only on request. There was no sign for the front door in our room. The room was not cleaned after the first day. The next morning, before skiing, they asked to tidy up the room, because there was no sign. Returning to the room at around 16:00, they found that it was not cleaned. They called the respshion. About 30 minutes later they came to clean, I explained that we were relaxing after skiing and if we could clean the room after 18:00, it would be fine. But we were refused. In the end, I asked to replace only the towels. The same situation was in the following days. I don't know what the problem is with cleaning the rooms while the guests are on the mountain? After all, the rooms where the guests live are cleaned first, and then the rooms that are vacated for new guests. - Room service. If there is a restaurant, you cannot order room service. Perhaps because the room has its own kitchen. - After returning from skiing and waiting for our room to be cleaned, we wanted to place an order at the restaurant bar, but alas, we were refused. The reason? The restaurant is closed until 15:00. At the same time, the restaurant staff was sitting in the same restaurant. It's a strange approach. As a guest, I am ready to spend money on my vacation, but I am denied this. - no shuttle to the lift. Yes, the walking distance to the ski lift is not so great if there is a road. But in Bakuriani there are no roads at all. And it's not exactly comme il faut to order a taxi every morning, because taxis in Bakuriani are fortune. Moreover, the hotel has a Ski-room, which implies storing the inventory of vacationers.
