Персонал очень хорошо ко мне относится, и все прошло гладко, хотя я не говорю по-русски. Надеюсь, посылка дойдет до адресата в целости и сохранности. The staff treated me very well and the process was very smooth eventhough I cannot speak russian. I hope the parcel reach the destination in a good shape

сдавала документы в приемном пункте, заранее заполняла заявку, все быстро, доставка прошла в указанный срок. Если в заявке что-то указано неверно (адрес, телефон), то нужно аннулировать заявку и создать новую, исправить в созданной заявке не получится.
