Coach Lyudmila is the best in Minsk! I highly recommend it. I have been going to this fitness center since its opening and there are always passionate professionals working here. The gym is well equipped, the load is small, so you don't have to wait until the right simulator is available. The fitness room has everything you need, even TRX, and most importantly, there are trainers with a positive charge and competent training) I would like to separately note the management's reverent attitude to cleanliness: all mats, all equipment, floors and walls are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected!

A room for fans of "basement rocking chairs", in the good sense of the word. It's not big, but it has everything you need for basic exercises for all muscle groups. I would say that there are not many people, there is not such an influx in the evening as in large online gyms, when even a huge space and the presence of more exercise equipment does not save. The simulators are new, the floors are covered with rubber, which is of course very convenient. The price is adequate, there is even a promotional offer for the first month.

I've been going to this gym for 8 years. The room is small and cozy, but it has all the necessary equipment and there is enough space for everyone. You can practice by yourself, or you can have a coach. The prices are very reasonable. Everything is clean and tidy. There are group classes.
