I rarely give 5 stars, but not in this case. Perhaps one of the best family-type mini-hotels where I have stayed. Wonderful staff, surrounded by care and attention. Large, bright and cozy rooms, a large bed, a red-finished shower room with all the necessary details. Design - it feels like people have invested. And not only with money, but also with my soul. I recommend motorcycle trips separately - there is a place to park motorcycles for the night. Breakfast with large portions is included, dinner is optional. I liked everything. I recommend.

Demir Hotel Review I recently had a chance to stay at the Demir Hotel, and this experience exceeded all my expectations. When it comes to five-star hotels, the level of service, comfort and atmosphere play a key role, and here all these aspects were at the highest level. Check-in and first impression As soon as I entered Demir, I was surrounded by an atmosphere of luxury and comfort. The lobby interior is designed in a modern style with classic elements: marble floors, stylish furniture, dim lighting and soft music created a pleasant atmosphere. I was immediately greeted by the staff with welcoming smiles, and the registration process went as quickly as possible. The hotel staff was very friendly and attentive. They not only checked in, but also immediately offered help with luggage, answered all questions and even gave recommendations on the nearest attractions. It was especially pleasant to receive a compliment from the hotel – a refreshing drink in the cozy waiting area. Room and Facilities When I entered my room, the first thing that caught my eye was the spaciousness and style. The design is made in restrained but elegant tones: warm shades of wood, soft carpets, large panoramic windows with stunning views of the city. The furniture is comfortable and modern, and every detail in the room is thought out to the smallest detail. There was a large and gorgeous panel in my room, made by the owners with their own hands, and I was very impressed. The main element of the room is a huge bed with a high–quality orthopedic mattress and pillows of different stiffness. Sleeping in such a bed is a pleasure, and every morning I woke up fully rested. The bathroom is a separate level of convenience. It uses marble trim, large mirrors and first-class plumbing. The shower was equipped with different modes. Shower gels, shampoos, everything is as it should be. Among the amenities in the room were a tea set with good tea and a coffee machine with capsules. In addition, the room had a workspace with a comfortable folding sofa and a table, which would be ideal for those who combine leisure with business. Service and atmosphere One of the main advantages of the Demir Hotel is the high level of service. The staff was always ready to help, and no one was intrusive. Any issues were resolved instantly, from requesting extra towels to calling a taxi. Cleaning was carried out twice a day, which is especially pleasant for those who appreciate cleanliness. All towels and bed linen were fresh, and small details, such as neatly folded clothes or a carefully left chocolate bar on the pillow, created a sense of comfort. In the evening, the hotel was especially transformed: soft lighting, the scent of expensive perfume in the lobby and pleasant background music created an atmosphere of privacy and comfort. Location and ease of movement Another important factor is the location of the hotel. Demir is located in the city center, which makes it convenient for walking and exploring the sights. The best shops and cultural facilities are located within walking distance. For those traveling on business, proximity to business districts and convention centers will be a convenient bonus. A taxi arrives in just a minute, which makes getting around the city as convenient as possible. Additional amenities The hotel has a spacious lounge where you can have a nice time, have a cup of coffee or work in a relaxed atmosphere. In the evening, live music was played here, creating a special atmosphere of comfort.
