I am writing this review as a regular customer of Değirmen Cafe. Я регулярно здесь ем и могу открыто сказать: порции значительно уменьшились. Раньше стандартные порции сейчас практически превратились в детские. При этом цены остались прежними, и такое сокращение порций недопустимо. К вкусу претензий нет, но сытность полностью пропала. Если так будет продолжаться, вы потеряете постоянных клиентов. Необходимо вернуться к прежней политике порций. I am writing this review as a customer who has preferred Değirmen Cafe for a long time. As someone who eats here constantly, I say this: portions have been seriously reduced. The plates that used to be normal have now fallen almost to the level of children's portions. It is not acceptable to reduce the portion so much while the prices remain the same. I don't have a problem with the taste, but the satiety has completely disappeared. It is very clear that if it continues like this, regular customers will be lost. It is necessary to return to the old portion policy.

This is not the first time I have visited this cafe, and every time I am satisfied! The atmosphere is always warm and cozy, the staff is friendly and attentive. The dishes are always delicious — kebabs, lahmajun, pide and desserts are prepared in such a way that you want to come back again and again. I am particularly pleased with the stability of the quality: whether it is the first visit or the tenth, the taste and service remain at a high level. Tea and coffee are served here in Turkish, which creates a special mood. The prices correspond to the quality, the portions are large. A great place to get a taste of authentic Turkish cuisine.
