I looked into the Decathlon in Almaty on the way to the mountains, and you know, this is a classic Decathlon — I found everything I needed, but without any special local flavor or super-promotions, so my rating is somewhere around 4 stars. The staff was helpful, but I had to run around a bit to find someone.
