A lovely hotel, white linen and towels, the rooms are clean and cozy.There are relaxation areas in the lobby on each floor, large balconies with dryers and a relaxation area.The place is quiet,close to the sea, 3-5 min walk.Victoria is a wonderful hostess, as well as the whole family.The breakfasts are very hearty and varied. A clean pool for adults and children separately. This is not our first time in Kobuleti, to be honest, there were only advantages everywhere, but the atmosphere in this hotel is family, homely, and warm.The maids are very polite.

The guest house is located on the outskirts of Kobuleti. It's a five-minute walk to the sea. The room is not bad. The kettle is in the common lounge. The pastel linen was clean, but the duvet cover was torn at the seam. The transfer is not so straightforward. We had an early departure. Victoria called her friend and he announced the price of twenty lari, according to Yandex this trip cost five lari, i.e. four times more expensive. I had to solve this issue on my own. Those who leave early should take into account that there are no taxis there at an early hour.(about seven o'clock in the morning).
