The hotel is nice, everything is clean, cozy, warm. The food is delicious, especially the quirdak, and we were complimented with strawberries. We recommend it to everyone. I really liked the girl at the reception, she greeted me with a smile. Delicious breakfast, homemade, porridge, pancakes, tea.

Hello. We were in Aktobe on our way, stayed at your hotel, and I was pleasantly surprised. How clean, tidy, and cozy everything is. The bed is clean, the rooms don't smell of anything! And cheap rooms! The staff is very friendly! We had lunch and dinner at your cafe, it was incredibly delicious! I wish prosperity to your hotel complex.

Excellent value for money. Everything is clean and spacious. 2 towels, a toothbrush with toothpaste. The air conditioner, the Wi-Fi, the only thing missing was the shower gel, but that's the little things. It's a pity I couldn't appreciate the kitchen, I had to leave quickly. But I think there will be another opportunity.
