This is not the first time I have come, so the review will be more about the attitude of the staff, rather than the quality. Saturday evening, I decided to eat shawarma. I came straight to them, not by pre-order (I didn't know they had a pre-order). When I asked her not to put the cabbage in, the employee replied that they would not accept such an order because they allegedly had a "conveyor belt" and they could mess up and do it the wrong way. At the same time, they can add the ingredient without any problems. And where is the guarantee that they won't mess up with this? If you don't have time to place an order due to the workload, please respond, and don't reinvent the wheel. In this case, it's just the incompetence of the staff. I would also like to add that I have already made such an order from them on a day off and there were no problems. The rating is appropriate for the service!
