Good afternoon, we came to play with a small group the other day, we booked seats in advance. We played well for an hour, then the lights went off (in the entire center), nothing seemed to happen, we waited, after 40 minutes everything was turned on, we took three hours, 40 minutes disappeared from the account, to the question of the administrator: "Excuse me, but will you give me back the time?" He replied reluctantly.: "Let's see." Okay, not a problem, but the Internet disappeared on our computers, they asked us to transfer to others (there were a lot of empty computers), as a result, we just rebooted the computers, the Internet did not appear, they said again that there was no Internet, we needed to do something, I came and shook my head and that was it. The place itself is not bad, the computers are good, the prices are adequate, but the administration is negligent about their work, they should fix the problem if there is one, be more vital, walk like shadows, as long as they are not touched. If we come again, we hope to see new employees. Good luck

If you are looking for a place to comfortably play and communicate with like—minded people, then Cyber Space is not what you need. From the very moment you enter the club, you get the feeling that you have entered some kind of abandoned cave. The first thing that catches your eye is the terrible condition of the equipment. Computers are slow, and some don't turn on at all. The graphics in the games look like they came back from the 2000s. And it's better not to talk about the games that are there at all — outdated and uninteresting. The staff leaves much to be desired. administrators cannot answer the simplest questions, their attitude towards customers clearly indicates that they are not welcome here. The atmosphere in the club is simply suffocating. You can constantly hear the noise of computers, the screams of players and the smell of food, which makes it difficult to concentrate. It seems that only those who came under duress work here. So if you want to spend time in a pleasant environment with good equipment and friendly staff, avoid Cyber Space. This place is absolutely not worth your money and time!

It's a terrible place, I don't recommend it. I'm barely working on computers, the staff are working hard, and they never pick up the phone to book. Bottom line: if the owner doesn't want half the city to consider this place terrible, then it's high time to start figuring it out.
