There are two employees working in the cafe who are completely different in their approach. The man is wonderful. He is always friendly, attentive, tells you about the menu, unobtrusively recommends something, carefully serves it, prepares delicious breakfasts. It's nice to talk to him, and he really makes you want to come back. Unfortunately, the second employee gives the opposite impression. A constantly unhappy expression on his face, harsh answers, a feeling that the guest is being done a favor. Communication without basic friendliness. Another situation happened this morning: she refused to accept payment in a 100 lari bill and suggested that I look for a change myself. This was said rather abruptly, without any attempt to resolve the issue. I offered options — for example, to resolve the situation on my own or return the change later — but there was no willingness to meet halfway. As a result, it left an extremely unpleasant impression and prompted me to write a review. Unfortunately, this is not the first time such behavior has occurred on her part. And it is because of her that the desire to come to this place disappears. The coffee, by the way, is delicious, there are no complaints about the quality of the drinks. And there is a loyalty system where every 5 coffees are given as a gift. I give 3 points solely because of the disrespect of this employee. And the croissant was stale once. I went to another cafe for breakfast.

One of the favorite caffeine in the city!! I really love their hazelnut milk lattes (and in principle I am pleased with the large assortment of vegetable milk, I drink coffee only on it). Gorgeous desserts, especially marshmallows, Pleasant service, cozy, there are often fresh flowers, drinks are made quickly, and they also have bookcrossing. There are breakfasts. The dogfrendley Cafe, and on Mondays (it seems) There is also a speaking club on the second floor.
