We had a rest in late August and early September, 2025. A wonderful European-class hotel, it's just a paradise for our coast. Clean, comfortable rooms, everything is modern and serviceable. The entire territory is visible from the terrace (which is very convenient for children). The staff is very customer-oriented, professional and responsive, 24/7 solves any requests and problems, special thanks to Pavel and Anna!!! The hotel's shuttle service is very clean and comfortable. Room cleaning is regular for 5+! The hotel's restaurant is a different story. Clean, tasty, fine dishes, breakfasts are not inferior to a Turkish 5-star hotel. And most importantly, the table is replenished until the end of breakfast, for those who like to sleep))) We had a family vacation and were sooo satisfied, we will definitely come back!

Just a couple of days ago we returned from a vacation in this wonderful hotel. We had a rest with a big group of dancing girls) We were absolutely delighted. We were greeted as dear guests, without exaggeration, the cordiality, kindness and responsiveness of everyone who works at it were incredibly pleasant. This is one of the main advantages for me. New, clean rooms, mega comfortable beds, which is important. The breakfasts, all the food and service are top-notch, everything is fresh and varied, I remember the baked apples with nuts, for the first time I meet at the buffet. And a fish at dinner in the evening in a restaurant with a panorama of the sea and lights, that's something. The hotel is right by the sea, the sea is clear, the beach is too, dolphins swam near the shore. You can admire the sea on one side and the mountains on the other. Good review, it's like wine, it has to brew. When we left, I promised a review, but I couldn't get around to it)) And so. We were in Abkhazia on August 25th. We arrived in our own car. The hotel has a large secured parking lot. The gates are closed at night. All the staff is very polite, the administrators solve all issues immediately. Even the waiters are trying to help with everything. I am absolutely delighted! -Territory: Everything is equipped: lawns, paths, deck chairs, its own pool - beauty! There is a rental of bicycles, boots, and equipment. -Rooms: The rooms are like in Greece - everything is there. They're really not very big, but we don't like seal vacations either, we go somewhere all the time. -Restaurant: The atmosphere is beyond praise! Especially the panoramic windows overlooking the There is a summer terrace, and small concerts with live music are often held. The food is on a good level. The waiters, as already mentioned, are great - all of them. Breakfasts may seem monotonous to some, but we are not very possessive - we are fine) - The sea and the beach: I don't know here, at first we swam, but then we found a clean pebble beach with crystal water closer to Pitsunda. And because there was a car and all the beach accessories, we went there. -Nature and mountains: Well, there are simply no words here (Although my friends from Dagestan took the story about the mountains very much to heart🙂) Phew... It seems that everyone wrote🙂 we were in Abkhazia for the first time, we really liked it. We will definitely come again. My recommendation to everyone!
