At 19.36, we were rudely refused service — they said that the cafe was closed. The official website of Costa Coffee states that the cafe is open until 23.00. At the same time, the cafe was full of people, everyone was sitting with orders, and the baristas were bored at the checkout. Apparently, the reason for the refusal was that we spoke in Russian, since the guys basically built the entire dialogue in English. I AM VERY ASHAMED OF SUCH BEHAVIOR AND ARBITRARINESS ON THE PART OF THE STAFF.
