The consultant didn't even take measurements to find the right size, but decided to determine it by "eye". After trying on the suggested options, none of them came up. Having indicated that a larger size was needed, they heard in response that there was nothing. After leaving this store, we decided to go to the website and look at the availability of the size in other stores of the network. It turned out that the right size is only available in this store. I had to go back and ask for the help of another consultant. As a result, the desired product was found within 5 minutes. There was a very unpleasant aftertaste from visiting this store and the wasted time was not our fault.
