Unfortunately, a visit to this cafe left a lot of negative impressions. We ordered the dough and expected our order to be ready within 10 minutes, as we were told. But in the end, we had to wait a whole hour! The queue is not respected, and orders are executed not in order, but according to the principle of "which is easier" or "which is faster". It's very frustrating. We ordered Bubble Coffee with nuts and Mango and Passion Fruit with green tea. In the end, we got regular coffee without the taste of nuts and sweet lemonade. And for each 11 rubles! One difference from regular lemonade/coffee is the presence of jelly. Yes, the interior is really nice and there are a lot of games for the company, which adds a pleasant atmosphere. But an hour of waiting for your order spoils the whole impression.🫠

The atmosphere is comfortable, I do not dispute, but the service is disgusting! There are dirty mugs and plates on the tables for visitors, and no one cleans them. When you enter the cafe, you choose the place where you would like to sit down, but there is nothing to choose!!! There's dirt, crumbs, and HORROR everywhere!!! And the staff doesn't do anything about it! They're sitting and playing cards at the visitors' table, mind you, at a clean table!!! We ordered toasts and were told to wait for 10 minutes. The result : we waited for about 40 minutes. This is taking into account the fact that people who ordered a drink half an hour later than us received it earlier than I did my order. Horror and more horror.
