The service was simply disgusting, the waiter barely came up after she was called, called the order, waited 20 minutes, came up, said in a whisper, "we don't have almond milk." I ask what kind of milk is still there, she says "only lactel." Okay, okay, but could you have said that about 20 minutes ago? All this time, the cake I ordered was on a plate on the bar, it was being prepared, and it was brought only after I reminded it. I waited 40 minutes for pumpkin soup, and another soup arrived. Okay, thanks, of course, just cross it off the check. Now I'm sitting here writing a review, the third waiter comes up and says that I ordered cheesecakes, although again I had nothing but cake and soup. In general. I only ate a treasured cake, talked to three waiters, a disgusting place.

We visited the Coffee BOOM in Uralsk and were absolutely delighted! 👏 Excellent service — the staff is polite, attentive and always with a smile. The dishes were pleasantly surprised: everything was incredibly tasty and fresh, with a soul. The portion size is ideal, enough to fill up, but without overeating. I would especially like to mention the cozy and comfortable atmosphere: pleasant music, stylish interior and relaxing atmosphere make this place ideal for both friendly meetings and relaxing holidays.
