Maintenance and service clearly require improvement. They brought superheated, tasteless coffee, which could have burned the tongue. A latte is no different from a cappuccino — the barista probably doesn't know how to cook properly. You have to go after the waiter to order on your own — he won't do it himself. We ordered two identical dishes with strachatella, where it is one of the main elements — we forgot to add strachatella. Although it seems to be delicious (except for coffee), but the service is lame.

There's some kind of trouble with this particular coffee machine. 08/21/2018 the service was incredibly slow, and the waiter and the receptionist constantly said that the order would be ready in a couple of minutes, as a result, it was ready after almost 2 hours. And somehow... It didn't work out too well
