The first time we received a call asking for identification, the operator asked us to send a letter to the management of click, we sent and received a response that the letter was accepted by the company on January 17, 2026 and they promised to call us back within 15 days. No one called, I called again this week to find out the status of the task. The issue has not been resolved again. Today is already February 25th, 2026. I have been a customer of Click since the beginning of the opening of this company and was happy to use the application before this issue. I ask you to help resolve this issue, as the issue has not been resolved through the call center and letters since January 17, 2026.
