We are a family of 4 people (me, mom and my sons)- we settled in the building room, as we wanted.Since we were staying for 10 days, the decision was justified by the desire to have a balcony and not encounter dampness (increased humidity).humidity in the entire region).And we didn't lose it.:it was dry and cozy, and the air conditioner and the balcony with ropes quickly drained wet clothes. The food is good, three meals a day, very understandable to Russian tourists:soups for the first, porridges/stews/pasta or cottage cheese for the second, compotes/jelly for drinks, and tea/coffee are almost always available.Food has become a key argument to settle here, because you don't want to cook all the time on vacation with children) But those who come here for the weekend should stay in cabins-there is access to the pool and terraces right away, which makes a truly summer vacation Pool, by the way,at night it is beautifully lit, and the fact that the water in it is constantly heated literally saved us, because for almost a week the weather was extremely cool and rainy (the sea did not warm up then). There were some minor disadvantages, but really, thanks to the advantages that more than cover them, they are not even worth mentioning.Thanks to the Citrus staff, in particular the aforementioned Marbles, for their cordial, warm and patient attitude!We will definitely come back to you, already in full composition.

We had a rest in the middle of June 2023, lived in a cabin, and cleaned the pool every morning before breakfast. And if someone says that it is not cleaned, then it is not true. Maybe they just haven't seen it. Yes, there were vacationers in the hotel who are in "0", but what do they have to do with the living conditions? It didn't bother us at all. And the cabin was almost opposite the bar. Sometimes the music would turn on loudly, but at 22 o'clock it was always quiet. The food in the dining room is peculiar, we are not used to their spices. But you're in another country, so take what they give you. We weren't hungry, even the child was intercepting something there. After all, it's not a 5* somewhere in Turkey. As for the administrator Svetlana, we had no conflicts. We arrived early, around 7 a.m., and we were already checked in at 8 a.m., thanks a lot for that, because driving more than 1500 km is such a pleasure. She came up to us several times and asked if everything was all right. Is everything okay? By the way, the house was cleaned every day, swept and the floors were washed. We went on excursions on our own, by car. Someone writes that it's a long way to the beach. When you booked a hotel, weren't you interested in the distance? It's a 10-minute walk to the beach, along a shady alley with some incredible tropical trees. You go and look at everything around you. And the way the magnolia blooms, it's beautiful. The sea was still cold in June, but everyone was already swimming anyway. In general, for the money that you pay, it's fine. By the way, in August 2024, we decided to go to Gagra, had a vacation in Europe, and the whole family caught rotovirus on the second day. My son said that he liked citrus more.

We stayed at the hotel in October 2024. I want to say a huge thank you to Svetlana! To the chefs! The food is homemade. The girls in the dining room are friendly! We're girls, we've had enough! The men were a little hungry (The bar didn't bother them in the evenings! They settled in the building on the first night. But we really wanted to go to the house and in the morning Svetlana overpowered us into the house without much conversation! No extra charges! We were very pleased) The pool is pleasantly illuminated in the evenings. The territory is well maintained and clean. Yes, there are a lot of cats and dogs on the territory. Dogs were sometimes thrown up (The village itself is not big. Quiet. After Sochi and Adler, it seems like a village. But we were going to take a break from the hustle and bustle of cars. We went by bus to Gagra and Pitsunda. So after them you get off at your stop in the village and just such a buzz! No cars, no fuss! In the evenings, of course, you can't walk outside the hotel. There are practically no lanterns in the village (Svetlana gave us the driver's number. It was more profitable for us to go on excursions with him. We teamed up with married couples and drove 7 people everywhere calmly! I was very satisfied and would like to return there again. Nature is amazing!
