I am very disappointed with this salon! I came to it for the first time. After asking how much it would cost to wash off the hair color and dye (4000-5000 rubles were announced), I was signed up to Julia's master! At first, everything was fine, even though the master suggested cutting the hair 10 cm long for less paint consumption. When Julia, after washing her hair, did the coloring, the hair color looked far from the desired shade, it did not dye at all and looked terrible (yellow-red)! Plus, the hair was burned precisely because of the master (she did not remove the foil in time) Julia said that the next time you color it, the color will take over! I explained that I couldn't go outside in this form and asked to correct the result, to which Julia replied that she had a tight record and she could only see me in the evening and started painting the next client! Natalia (the owner of the salon) intervened in the current situation, who with the help of pigments dyed her hair in a more or less similar color. As a result, I was charged a payment of 7,300 rubles. I wouldn't mind the money if I was satisfied with the result! Firstly, After the first hair wash, the color was washed off! I could do this kind of painting at home myself with a tonic or a shade mask! Secondly, the hair is so burnt that it just falls off when you touch it! Thirdly, I think the salon should work on professional materials and qualified specialists! I do not recommend this Esthetician salon, at least not master Julia!
