2 stars just for the delicious dishes, otherwise just terrible; we had a banquet ordered, everything seemed to be discussed and agreed on time, but: there was simply no service, the dishes were taken out and that's it, although the dishes were taken out very slowly and not in a timely manner (possibly due to problems with water), no one warned about the delay of the dishes, no one apologized (looking at other establishments, everything is very it was too tight), the plates were not cleaned, napkins were piled up, no one touched anything, there was nothing guest-oriented, there was nothing to say about the staff, since we rarely saw him, the atmosphere was nothing, but I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the presenter - this is a paid service, who was late, for 2 hours something was trying to warm up the atmosphere, But it didn't work out, the DJ is normal.; We were also very lucky, the water was turned off all over the street, which really spoiled the impression (I understand that the solution to the problem does not depend on the institution), however, it was possible to make some kind of apology, and not rudely answer all questions to the city executive committee; as a result, I would like to praise the kitchen, which worked 100% in such conditions, the food was very tasty.; I recommend that the staff and management of Che show more interest in the guests and study the standards of service. I visited the institution and was extremely unhappy. Firstly, there are no alcohol-free cocktails in the bar. Secondly, if sauerkraut is written in the description of the dish, then it should be sauerkraut, and not some kind of green salad that also tastes bitter. Thirdly, similarly, if potatoes are written in the description of the dish, then everyone should have them separately when ordering, we got two orders, and the potatoes were brought separately on a common plate. Fourth, we had a pre-order of hot dishes, where they brought 4 dishes, but they said there was no 5th order, when they started to figure it out, it turned out to be where we had to wait for it to be cooked. The appearance of the menu and the bar card wants to look better. The place is very cozy, with soft sofas and chairs. The service was normal.

It's a nice bar with good cuisine. Great atmosphere, good service. The only negative (in my opinion) It's music, it doesn't seem to be bad, but there are many other songs that can be put on the dance floor, the same thing has been happening for several years, there's just very little new. Again, this is my opinion on music, otherwise everything is on the same level!
