I am very disappointed with my last visit to this salon. The first two times were not bad, there were some little things, but I didn't pay attention, but the last time was my most terrible experience in my entire life. First of all, the prices are high, and you want high-quality work for such prices. I had a pedicure, and I still suffer like this after 1-2 weeks. After the procedure, my thumb started to hurt, I thought it was because they cleaned it deeply (sometimes burrs grow in), but no, it started to hurt terribly at night, pus appeared. In the morning, I wrote to the salon, and they told me that they would fix my finger for free. Another master fixed it for me, thanks for that, but I walked for 3 days with pain and discomfort. I did not hear "Sorry" during the visit, only in correspondence from the quality department, at the meeting they said "this is a human factor, we are very sorry, if anything, write to us" 🫠 After 3-4 days, I had a blister on my middle finger (I have never had this!), and there were pains. That's because the nail started to grow even there! A week later, other burrs on the other thumb began to hurt, all because the nails were incorrectly cleaned and shaped incorrectly, which is why they grow worse than before. I'm shocked. I didn't want to write a negative, but when every day there are consequences from an expensive procedure, I want to notify everyone about it. Therefore, be careful when choosing a master. Or better yet, the salon.
