I was at the restaurant with my wife, we stopped for lunch before departure. The atmosphere is generally cool and expensive, the staff is very friendly and courteous, not annoying, as in many restaurants in the city. We ordered Tom yam with shrimp, noodles with shrimp, house rolls, chocolate fondue. All the main dishes were taken out very quickly, just respect, considering that we didn't have much time. And now to the unpleasant thing - the quality of the dishes. Tom Yam: The first thing that surprised me was that he didn't have coconut milk. The broth itself is like eating not Tom yam, but very strongly peppered broth with miso, it's just very strange. There are a lot of mushrooms and a couple of small shrimps floating in the broth, and there was also a slice of ginger. Comparing with restaurants in Russia (I'm not even talking about Thailand), the level of a weak eatery opened by people who have not visited Asia. In general, 1/ 5 The noodles were not bad, 2 types of shrimp, well cooked, delicious sauce. But not wow. 4/5 Rolls: I really liked them, they are tender, they literally melt in my mouth. The ingredients are perfectly balanced. I would like a little more fish, but maybe it would upset the balance. 5/5. But we didn't get to Fondan. Its preparation was somehow delayed (they stayed for 50 minutes) and did not have time to take it out. To the credit of the restaurant, it was canceled without question.

The food was delicious. But the waiters' service is very strange. Requests for napkins were simply ignored, drinks were misdirected, sauce was spilled on the phone and the table was silently wiped with a rag without apologies ... for a restaurant of this level, this is strange.

I didn't understand at all where the reviews about the cool interior and pathos came from, the place is terribly "tired", the interior feels like it's 15 years old and hasn't been updated, the prices are terribly unjustified, it's quite tasty, but the same thing with the same serving can be eaten and 2 times cheaper, the service is generally a nightmare, the table setting they didn't take it away, they didn't offer a spoon to the soup, there was no salt/sugar/napkins on the table and they weren't offered, but the worst thing is that the menu says that tea costs 8 manats, and then they come with the bill and it turns out that if there are two of you, then 16. After my indignation, the tea was counted, but anyway, if the institution believes that it is of such a "high" level, this should not be the case. In short, I don't advise anyone. I give 2 stars only because my young man found the soup authentic, like in Japan, and I saw an Asian cook, that's it.
