The place is wonderful, but I got to a master who is not very professional, apparently. The manicure (gel polish) was done in 46 minutes. When cutting the cuticle, 2 fingers were injured, streaks of varnish, uneven shape of nails, everything was done very quickly, not for the quality, but for the number of customers. The salon itself is very nice, tea and coffee are offered, and the atmosphere is good

Good afternoon! I've been your client several times, but lately the level of service at Chika has raised big questions. I was confronted with rudeness from the receptionist and an extremely unpleasant tone of communication on your Instagram account. In addition, there is no work with claims in the salon: in the case of poorly rendered services (eyelashes/ nails), the staff does not apologize and refuses to refund funds. It is a pity that, with good craftsmen (if this is the case), the administrative resource so badly spoils the reputation of the salon. I hope you will take action.
