We absolutely loved our stay at Chehran Hotel in Samarkand 💛 The owners were truly amazing so kind, welcoming, and attentive. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. We stayed at this hotel in February, and it was the best decision! The most important advantage is the location. Registan is literally 10-15 minutes away at a leisurely pace, while the hotel itself is located in a quiet place where you can really sleep. Samarkand was very surprised with its hospitality and prices. A taxi from the airport to the hotel is 150 rubles, and a meal at the restaurant is 1000 rubles. The rooms are new, the staff is well-trained, always in touch and ready to help

I really liked it. The wonderful hosts and staff are guest-oriented and strive to make your stay comfortable and cozy. The room has everything you need. The linen is clean, of good quality, the beds are comfortable.The bathroom has underfloor heating, no dampness, gel, shampoo, soap, disposable toothbrushes.The room has air conditioning, battery,TV (unused). The renovation is fresh and cozy. On the ground floor there is a washing machine, you can use it, a refrigerator, a kitchen (you can cook or heat food), always fresh tea and coffee. The sights and the bazaar are within walking distance (20 min walking distance). The hotel is located in the Old Town. There is a pharmacy, a decent shop and a cafe nearby. I would only add an electric kettle to the room. Excellent price-quality ratio.

I want to tell you about our hotel in Samarkand. It's called the CHEHRAN HOTEL, 59 Yutuk St. We stayed there from December 11th to 30th. The hotel is small, family-run, very cozy and beautiful. And it has a number of significant advantages.: 1. Located in the historical district (mahalla), just 10-15 minutes walk from Registan and other attractions of Samarkand. At least we always walked to all tourist sites except Samarkand City (about 8 kilometers from the hotel). We went there by taxi (150-170rubles) and the second time - with Zafar). It is very pleasant to walk along the picturesque boulevards of Samarkand. In addition, the area allows you to feel the full flavor and authenticity of the historical place: narrow "drunken" streets, which are so called because of their curvature; stone private houses with massive ornate gates, securely hiding cozy courtyards with flower beds; friendly neighbors who always greeted us... You can feel the atmosphere of the real East. We like these places better. It is more pleasant than living in ordinary typical high-rise buildings, which can be seen in any city in Russia and the republics of the former Soviet Union. 2. There are many shops, pharmacies, bakeries, beauty salons and places where you can eat tasty and inexpensive food near the hotel. These establishments are run by local residents who have been engaged in this business for centuries and pass on the secrets of cooking from generation to generation. If you order pilaf, be sure that it is cooked exactly the same as it was cooked 50, 100 and even 200 years ago. 3. The hotel is new, and therefore, everything works in it: plumbing, heating, air conditioners. New high-quality linen made of natural cotton, fluffy towels, cosmetics (toothbrush, paste, shampoo, shower gel). 4. And most importantly, a wonderful host! His name is Zafar. He is a kind, likeable, witty, active and very hospitable person. From the very first minutes, he surrounded us with care and attention. All the issues that arose were resolved in a matter of minutes. He will tell you what interesting things you can see, how to get there, orient you on prices, show you where the most delicious food is, help you change money - in general, Zafar can do ANYTHING!!! And even - to take you where you need to go, if you ask! We are sincerely grateful to this wonderful man for a great vacation, for friendship and wonderful impressions from visiting Samarkand! After all, it is from communicating with people that one gets the first impression of a new place. P.S. Well, I also want to add that a cute, very sociable cat lives in the hotel, which cheers up all the guests. Special thanks to Zafar, who is a very responsive and pleasant person. He helped me navigate the city, suggested where it was better to go, how to get there faster, and where to have a delicious meal. And, of course, we would like to express our special gratitude to the owner of the hotel, Chekhran. This is a person who not only runs a hotel, but sincerely cares about every guest. He was always in touch, answered all questions quickly, helped with advice, and sincerely asked if we liked everything. The hotel itself is conveniently located — the area is quiet, while the main attractions can be reached without problems. If there is a car, there is a parking space nearby. If you travel on foot or by taxi, there are no difficulties either. The impressions from the trip were the most pleasant, and this is due not only to Samarkand itself, but also to the people who create the atmosphere in such places. I definitely recommend it to those who appreciate tranquility, cleanliness, good attitude and respect for guests. If we are in Samarkand again, we will return here without hesitation.

The owner of the hotel was constantly in touch, answered any question, which was very gratifying.Instead of a transfer, I advised you to order a taxi using an application that also works in Russia.Upon arrival at the hotel, we were greeted by a very nice man, as it turned out later, this is the dad of the owner of the hotel, he monitors everything in the hotel.He marked us up in the room, which has everything you need, slippers, towels, toothbrushes, gels and shampoos, which is very nice.Very clean, there is Wi-Fi on site.The room is warm, the batteries are working, and there is air conditioning.The next day, he took us to exchange money for the local currency (dollars for soums), showed us where to have breakfast and lunch better, and also where to buy a good barbecue.He gave tips on the sights of the city.I was very pleased with the hospitality of the hotel owners and staff.We recommend this hotel for a holiday in Samarkand.If we go again, it's only here!!!Thank you for everything!!!

I really enjoyed staying in this cozy hotel. The hotel has an excellent location, in the old town, within walking distance of the top attractions. Lovely large two-room suite. A huge double bed with a very comfortable soft mattress, which is a rarity in Uzbekistan. I was captivated by the soft thick white towels with the logo. Literally in a day, the booking of an apartment in another location was canceled due to the lack of hot water. It was very lucky that there were still rooms here at that time. The hosts are very friendly and answered all questions, in the evening after 10 o'clock they met and settled in. The hotel itself is new and opened just a couple of days ago. We even offered two rooms to choose from, we liked the family room, which was what we originally wanted. There was a late check-in, we met, showed and told everything. Very friendly staff. Great hotel! A little further from Registan, but a little closer to Gur Mir and almost twice as cheap as our first hotel at Registan. Friendly people were waiting for us until the evening. The room is very clean, and the bathroom is especially worth noting: of the three hotels in which we lived in Uzbekistan, it is the cleanest and most pleasant. There is a washing machine, which is convenient after the dust of Afrosiab and Bukhara. There is a great view of Gur Emir from the second floor.
