The hotel is adapted to strollers and wheelchairs, there are ramps, elevators, rooms with driveways, chairs and tables for feeding children, undoubtedly this is a plus for the hotel. We were not warned that adults without children would be sad there. The entertainment program was scheduled for the week and was repeated every 5 days).. There is an indoor pool and a spa, but apparently for a fee. There are two outdoor pools outside. The beach was big, and there were plenty of sun beds. Yes, the restaurant cooks delicious and varied, for 5+. Beautiful buffet meals. That was good. Drinking water in disposable cups is very convenient! The territory is small, stretched perpendicular to the sea. There are two accommodation options: a building behind the road and a building closer to the sea. The hotel, I believe, does not reach 5 stars, at least because the sun beds on the beach are not washed in the evening, as well as the beach is not particularly cleaned, the grass near the pool is withered (saving on watering). The beach bar is sad. The rooms have prehistoric hair dryers, and the air conditioner in ours didn't work at all (it burned down, we were told, but they didn't offer to relocate it). Cleaning on the floors and in the room is generally sad - there was always garbage in the baskets on the floors, dirty dishes and food put out by the guests from the rooms - everyone took the food out of the restaurant. The stained glass elevator was never washed during the week of our stay (. I had to remind them to refresh the drinks in the fridge . I liked the staff at the reception and in the restaurant. Young girls and boys are friendly and try to understand and help. The price-quality ratio is so-so.
