We booked the hotel because of the SPA. It never worked out to hit him. There are always crowds of people. (At least there should be a record by the clock) Complete unsanitary conditions. People without slippers and without towels . Ordering room service food from a restaurant... it's a pity that they didn't take a picture. Dried pizza from a box. Just sprinkled with fresh herbs on top. The room is clean. The view from the window is terrible. Absolutely not worth the money

Excellent location in the very center of Sofia. The room is clean, everything is thought out to the smallest detail. A well-equipped bathroom. Lots of outlets. Two (!) pillows per person. My neck was very grateful. Parking for cars is located near the hotel. Keep in mind that if you are driving, there will be problems with parking near the hotel. The hotel has its own parking nearby, but you need paper from the hotel to get to it. I took off one star for the fact that after using the shower, there was a terrible smell of sewage. I only spent one night, so it wasn't critical for me. But I couldn't stay in this room for a longer period of time. I didn't like the breakfast. At 7:45, everything was already cold.

Great hotel! Everything is on a very good level, located 3 minutes from Cedrica metro station. I got from the airport by metro in 25 minutes. (the cost of the road is 2 leva)
