1. Needs renovation. 2. Dead Wi-Fi. 3. The choice of dishes for breakfast is small. 4. Dogs here and there barking in the night. 5. Bird's nest in the attic. So in the toilet, things like small garbage comes down from the roof of the toilet. Pros: 1. The cleaner do her job great! 2. Nice supermarket "Maroqand" and very good Samarkand pilaf cafe is near here. 3. They have fixed water and hot water problem. 4. There is a beautiful cat.
