Arrogant service! We purchased an unlimited internet SIM card — great deal, thank you for that. However, the customer service experience was very poor. Staff were arrogant and unhelpful, which really took away from the overall experience. If you don’t speak Georgian, don’t expect everyone to be willing or happy to assist.

I stopped by Cellfie to get a local SIM card. There was a regular company salon inside, and the consulting guys tried to help with the tariffs, although sometimes they had to explain themselves with English on their fingers, but in general, everything was handled promptly. I'll give you 4 stars – I've completed my tasks.

Cellfie is a very economical option in everything. The office staff is quite polite, but could not explain why the money was missing from the balance. To reactivate the old tariff, they offered to pay again. The worst Internet speed in Tbilisi, broken iOS app. Suitable only for tourists who come for a week.
