I ordered an accelerated express delivery from Krasnodar to Minsk. It took three days for the parcel to reach Minsk via Moscow. And in two days, the parcel could not get from the sorting center to the pick-up point. The delay was three days! At the same time, he constantly called the call center, asked to speed up, explained the situation, because he was waiting for a spare part, and the car was under repair. The attitude towards the client is not caring.
