I would like to share my extremely negative experience. I have repeatedly come across the fact that the promised delivery dates are violated, and when I try to find out the reason for the delay, I get silence or an incomprehensible babble. No one can clearly tell where the package is and when it will be delivered.

They sell express delivery and insurance, although they are asked not to do this!Deceiving the elderly! I'm not writing a review because of one time, but the same thing happens all 4 times.I hope the administration will figure it out.

Excellent service, fast customer processing. I would like to note the courtesy of all employees, and their efficiency is a huge plus of their schedule, they work seven days a week and until 20:00 .
