They asked for a bunch of documents, including a residence permit, a marriage certificate, and a prescription for a drug. On our part, everything was provided on time, but the parcel is still in the warehouse. The Almaty branch refers to the fact that they are waiting for approval from Uzbekistan, and the Tashkent branch is not responding to calls. I managed to get through to them once, and the communication was as disgusting as possible. As a result, no one knows when we will receive the parcel or whether we will receive it at all!

Yes, we understand CDEK is not the best company for this, but the deadlines and limits have been reported. It's also somehow problematic to return the money - they don't give specific answers: at first they said that through an application and submission (I think it's not entirely profitable to fly from Tashkent to Almaty), now it turns out that it's somehow fast - but in fact there's nothing.
