Very poor service, delayed my first delivery by 12 days! The second delivery was kept in Karaganda for as long as 3 days. They did not have the opportunity to send the cargo to Zhezkazgan for 3 days.🙄 Okay, we got over it, now the product is at Mira 4, and there is no courier in the area where I live, and again there is a 1-day delay! Well, what about people? How can I use the sdec service after that? Never again! And the amount for delivery is not small for a small package! The horror!

I sent the parcel by SDEK to Zhezkazgan, so in Karaganda the sorting parcel lay for 4 days, and then, it seems, the person was sent on foot with the parcel to Zhezkazgan - because it appeared in Zhezkazgan only two more days later - 29.
